Scenario 1: You require a domain name and hosting
Scenario 2: You already have a domain name but require hosting
Scenario 3: You already have a domain name and hosting
Scenario 1: You Require a Domain Name & Hosting
First you need to register a domain name and then buy hosting. Your domain name will need to be pointed at your website.
If you purchase your domain and hosting from the same provider your domain should already be pointing at your website. If your domain is from another provider you will need to update the nameservers to point to your website hosting company.

Scenario 2: You Have a Domain Name & Require Hosting
As previously stated if you purchase your domain and hosting from the same provider your domain should already be pointing at your website.
If your domain is from another provider you will need to update the nameservers to point to your website hosting company.

If you buy hosting elsewhere you will need to find out your hosting company’s nameservers (this should be available on their website or ask their support) then you need to log into your domain control panel and change the nameservers to those of your host.

Scenario 3: You Already Have a Domain Name & Hosting
Great! You will need to check with your hosting provider to make sure that your hosting supports WordPress and find out if they support the one-click install then go ahead and install WordPress.
NOTE ONLY DO THE BELOW IF YOUR HOSTING DOESN’T INCLUDE AN EASY WAY TO INSTALL WORDPRESS
